Daily bread

Me: What do you want for dinner?
Pete: I don't know.
Me: I could make tuna...
Pete: Okay
Me: Oh! And we can eat it on the fresh bread I made this morning!
Pete: ....
Me: Why aren't you excited about this? Did you hear me? I made fresh bread!
Pete: About that...I may have accidentally eaten it. As a snack.
Me: What?! The whole loaf?
Pete: No, I left you a small slice.

    hilarious! I used to make bread up in Jordanville. I stopped, however, when all my hard work was eaten in a span of 5 minutes! Still have to crack open my 5 minutes a day cookbook. Your bread looks amazing!
